Let us think of ways to motivate one another to acts of love and good works.
Hebrews 10:24
How simple is that? What if you actually spent some time today thinking about how you could motivate someone else? What if you looked for ways to do something kind for someone and then actually acknowledged to yourself that you did it? You know what I mean? Like when you open a door for someone, or hold the elevator, or let them go ahead of you in line at the grocery store. Those are little acts of kindness…we often do them every day but we don’t think about it. Maybe it’s time you realize that when you show kindness to someone else you are being like Jesus!
The Bible says that…
Every good and perfect gift is from above. (James 1:17). And…without Him there is nothing good in us. O my soul, you have said to the Lord, “You are my Lord,
My goodness is nothing apart from You.” (Psalm 16:2)
Thank God today for His goodness that is alive in you…and let that goodness flow from you to everyone who crosses your path today. You are blessed to be a blessing!
